Surf Lifesaving

Surf Lifesaving carnivals are unique events offered to most other schools. Being situated on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, the College has the facilities, resources and student involvement to be successful in this area. The College surf carnival and Broken Bay carnival usually include events such as surf ski, an ocean swim, beach sprints, relays and beach flags.

In November, the Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay surf carnival is hosted by Mater Maria at Collaroy Beach. The pathway to this carnival is the College’s surf carnival in Term 1. Our College team comprises male and female competitors who are in junior, intermediate or senior divisions.
